The English Indices of Deprivation provide a set of relative measures of deprivation for small areas across England, based on seven domains of deprivation:
- Income
- Employment
- Education, Skills & Training
- Health Deprivation & Disability
- Crime
- Living Environment
- Barriers to Housing & Services
Collectively, these scores allow us to compare areas to identify the most deprived areas in England. This provides a guide to help organisations allocate resources.
